I am not hearing a sound through my headphones connected to the ClariMate, what can I do?

  1. Try adjusting the volume level, either in the app or by using the volume buttons on the unit

  2. Try using a different set of wired headphones

  3. Check the breath sensor meter in the Reed and Breath Controls tab of the application. If the meter is not moving, try the following:

    1. Adjust the Breath Sensitivity Dial

    2. Be sure that your breath is reaching the breath sensor – it may be that the opening between the mouthpiece and active reed is closed, or that something else is blocking the airflow

  4. Try a Factory Reset
