What is the Return and Warranty Policy?

Buffet Crampon USA offers a 30 day return policy for ClariMate orders, as well as a 1 year limited warranty which offers coverage for the rare instance that a manufacturer defect(s) arises. Wear and tear and physical damage are not covered under either policies.

For returns under the BCUSA 30 Day Return Policy, all original parts and packaging must be returned in addition to the ClariMate module. The ClariMate unit and parts are required to be considered in "like new" condition, with no cosmetic wear or physical/internal damage (unless otherwise documented and noted by BCUSA).  Failure to adhere to terms of this policy may result in a forfeiture of your refund claim (with the unit sent back to the original shipping address). Returned units in which are missing parts upon receipt by BCUSA, will be subject to a replacement fee equal to the part(s)' List Price, reflected in the BCUSA ClariMate Parts list. Any applicable replacement fees will be deducted from the final approved refund amount.
