No. Audio over Bluetooth results in too much latency for it to be used for realtime (non-recorded) audio. For this reason, the ClariMate is only compatible with wired headphones. It is possible to stream audio over Bluetooth to the ClariMate, which can be useful for practicing along with backing tracks, etc. but the reverse is not possible.
