This is likely a result of the training set that is currently loaded onto the ClariMate. You can use the “Note Training” tab of the ClariMate app to train the ClariMate to better recognize certain fingerings, or load a factory training set based on the model of your clarinet.

This may also be a result of playing the ClariMate in a noisy environment. In the “Synth Controls'' tab of the app, you can raise the stimulus volume to compensate for this.
