Why is my ClariMate playing on its own?

The ClariMate features two output modes: "Player-Blow" and "Auto-Blow". If the ClariMate is immediately outputting sound from note recognition, this means that the "Auto-Blow" feature is turned on. This can be turned off by disabling "Auto-Blow" in the ClariMate app. (Breath Controls > Auto-Blow > Click to change to "Player-Blow")

If you are still receiving unintended output from the ClariMate, you can also adjust the "Breath Threshold" to a higher value. The Breath Threshold controls the sensitivity of the ClariMate's breath recognition. The Breath Threshold Value should be always set above a value of "10", in order to for the unit to function properly.
