My ClariMate is not connecting to bluetooth anymore, what can I do?

If your ClariMate does not work well in Bluetooth, for example after an update to either the ClariMate or your device, do the following :


1. Go to your device's bluetooth settings

2. Forget the ClariMate, or delete the ClariMate

3. Re-pair the ClariMate in bluetooth mode to your device


This should fix most bluetooth connection issues provided your ClariMate and your device are running the latest updates
